Medicine Hat Steak

The M Grill, located in the Medicine Hat Lodge features a wide range of regional cuisine. Executive Chef Dan Smyth has created menu items using only the finest cuts of meat including AAA alberta beef. Highlights of the menu include a goat's cheese and spinach stuffed fillet, butternut squash ravioli and exclusive to the M Grill, Deerview Farms white tail deer tenderloin. All of their entrees include choice of potato and the Chef's creation soup and salad bar. The M Grill also features an extensive wine menu.

Beefeater Steak House has a large selection of prime cuts of beef, including prime rib, tenderloin and top sirloin. All steak dinners come with a stuffed potato and vegetables and a soup and salad bar is offered for an additional dollar. The restaurant also boasts an extensive drink menu. This is an upscale dining experience in Medicine Hat.
