Group drumming and drum circles have been around since the beginning of time. Colleen brings drums and other percussion instuments to corporate meetings, womens groups, schools and seniors homes to help participants to let go of stress and have some fun. Colleen shows some African rhythms and makes music that is both uplifting and good for the soul.
